King Systems, a medical device manufacturer, was launching a new product: The KingVision Video Laryngoscope. They wanted a tool to educate potential customers on the use of the product, and how it could reduce overall cost for laryngoscopies in their institutions.
The solution was mini-site distributed through King Systems' website and in promotional packages that included a sample of the product. The mini-site included an interactive which highlighted features of the device, a video showing the device in action, a slideshow explaining its step-by-step use, and a calculator which allowed hospital staff to calculate the cost of the device against their current technology.
